Math Explorations offer opportunities for small groups of one to four math explorers to meet weekly with an instructor on an ongoing basis. Camaraderie develops and anxieties melt away as the group collaboratively overcomes challenges and learns together. We focus on basic math subjects through algebra, and kids in first through eighth grade.

– Math Explorations are available in-person and online.

– Daytime sessions and tutoring are available.

– Math Explorations do not replace school math and do not target competitions or standardized tests. We don’t believe in repetitive drills, and no homework is assigned.

– Contact us for fees details. If you are not pleased after the first lesson, no fee will be collected.

Covid 19: Math at Home! All Math Explorations have been moved online. Many manipulatives are readily available or can be created at home, and I’ve assembled some starter kits. Camaraderie and joyful learning are even more important now.
